Inequality in America graph

This graph shows the difference between who Republicans and Democrats see as important. It is showing what most Americans believe the government is favoring and who they are not. They feel as though the middle class is not being helped enough and that government officials aren't doing anything to help.  This graph is part of a national survey by Pew Research Center done in 2015, among 1,500 adults, finds that 62% say the federal government does not do enough for middle-class people. Americans think that neither political party has a clear edge when it comes to championing middle-class interests.
